Engine, suspension, electrics, steering, pretty much everything you can think off required on this one.

Major service to prepare this bus for its new life in Spain.

Over heating sorted, electrics, suspension etc all checked over.

Engine swap & new exhaust.

Competition winner needed the bus faults sorting.

Turbo bus upgrades, steering, wiring, plumbing etc.

New owner check over service.

Tidied messy electrics. Full service, gearbox oil, axle boots, valves were rather tight, steering pin replaced & split charge system upgrade.

Later in the year planned jobs are a solar install, Webasto heater, dual circuit brake & servo.

Nice to be working on something clean & not rusty for once, even better when it sorts out the issues. No more notchy / sketchy steering.

Refurb'd LHD steering box using a new inner column & worm gear. Shortened for the raised steering box mount and painted the factory colours. Then set the tracking on the front wheels.

Ready for collection.

After 60 years its about time to refresh & upgrade the brake & tail lights.

Heating commissioned, fuel gauge working, thermostat working, wiring tidied / improved, fire extinguisher system fitted, brake servo fitted, LED's in the rear lights, dash wiring sorted, ignition switch secured... Think that's about it this time.

Two waiting to be collected and new arrival for an appraisal & service.

Time to tidy this mess.
