Refurbished By Bears Motorsport, (on the shelf ready for collection, no exchange necessary)

Full teardown, inspection & rebuild. Replacing any worn or corroded parts, including but not limited to the following:-

Clutch Cross Shaft - 20mm suitable for late release bearing

Gear Carrier Modifications - Sleeve 1-2 & 3-4 shift rail bores for improved function

Shift Housing - New bushes & oil seal

Slider and Hub assembly - New VAG slider and Hub assembly

Bearings (new) - Rear Mainshaft, Front Mainshaft, Front Pinion Shaft, Idler Gears (1st/2nd & 3rd/4th), Differential, 

Shift Forks - 3rd/4th Replace with new

3rd & 4th Gear sets - Replace with new VAG syncros

New components - Starter motor bush, Cross shaft bushes, Input shaft oil seal, Clutch release bearing sleeve, Operating arm spring & cup

Casting Finish - Matt Black anti corrosive

Transmission Oil: Use EP80/90 GL4 specification only. No Synthetics
